I would add that like when you are a teenager - there seems to be a lot of it about, everyone seems to be talking about it, older people warn you it is all that is going on, but you don&#039;t actually seem to be seeing that much of it. 

There are 100s of websites out there that require a lot of hard work to get any modicum of acceptance within and therefore any real return on that time investment. We all hear about linked-in and Twitter, but how many individuals have actually got more from those than if they had spent the time networking or shouting out to friends in the old fashioned way? A strategic concerted approach is needed for a real return. </description>
