    Hi there.

Thanks for the feedback on the graph, we will take that into consideration.

With YouTube, it depends on what search term you are using, but I’ve not seen any big drops. Might run a blog on it across different verticals.

Good point on the phone networks, but perhaps Google’s changes over time has impacted the search landscape to return reviews. Perhaps a shift in how they delivery their content should have be considered following Google’s relevancy updates since the iPhone 4 was launched.

Ben. The business was actually for Siemens Enterprise Communications, rather than Siemens. Washing machines doesn’t come into it.

    Cheers.

    Hi Aimee.

Thanks for your comment. The results have been fluctuating for some time, which is why I included a chart highlighting the movement for ‘tennis news’ over the past month. I’m not surprised you are seeing ‘normal’ results, however if we notice something we obviously want to document it.

    Cheers.

Twit – I have now been embedded into the laziness of society that I can’t waste 20 seconds of my precious time looking through results – So I use 10 seconds to type my questions into Twitter. :-)

I totally agree, of course you can find things out via search engines – if you couldn’t we’d be out of a job – my point being is that people are turning to Twitter (whether we like it or not) to ask their followers questions – regardless of the fact that you can find the information yourself – or have we just become that lazy?
